God grant me mercy to suffer a lost cause,
God give me a sound mind and a passion for pause;
God love me anyway whether I ask him or not,
God have faith in me whether I'm a forgiven sinner or forgot.
God lead love into all the lives that are broken and lost,
God teach me wisdom to add up the sacrifice and count the cost;
God remember me when I come into you're kingdom as a child of God,
God hope I will give you a better life out of the one I have got.
God understand that there is a need to be passionate and merciful,
God know what to make of it and the problem others see as dutiful;
God help me create a mind that is both brilliant and beautiful,
God assist me in being generous and unselfishly bountiful.
God needs the reason why we can’t be humble and in adoration praise him,
God wants us to show mercy and passionately worship his whim;
God cares what we are like and how we can show more reverence,
God says be passionate in living but honor me with merciful perseverance.
God lets us go our own way but teaches the right way to lease us back,
God finds compassion our human failures and our inability to live up to his track standards,
God wants to see us learn and grow and with mercy and passion understands.
God lives loving all the best things in life as he is greatest of all,
God lets us adore him and worship him in contriteness and firmness of heart;
God is merciful and passionate in heaven with his love for the world,
God is God almighty and the Lord God almighty is worth all the earth.
