Health and happiness is a very good thing,
And is in truth, the best idea that which it will bring;
Peace and well being right back into our lives,
After our needs requirement and those things give.
There's more to life than just death you know,
And money and fortunes with riches you think grow;
A walk in the park is good exercise for health,
And the trees and lake give you a sense of happiness.
If you think that you have nothing to live for you'd better watch out,
And remember all the things on earth that you are not to doubt;
If you've got your health then happiness follows suit,
Just sit back and enjoy a good meal or at least a bowl of fruit.
Happiness is and Oh! what purpose it has in our lives,
Away from the miserable, sad and depressive things we survive;
And Oh! the things we do in pursuit of this happiness things,
Looking for answers and asking and doing all the questioning.
And if you think you aren't good enough that's not the point,
For without truth and honesty, God's grace will all disjoint;
For this is what we need to have a healthy state of mind,
A relationship with God where life is perfectly kind.
So what do you want at the end of each and every day,
Health and happiness or to simply get your own way;
No, the best you can do in these few certain years,
Is seeking health and happiness and loves all emotional tears.
