Once Upon A Lifetime

Born one to live, born once to die,
Born to be free born to have to try;
Once upon a lifetime the magic of heaven,
Living all your days with the perfection of heart.

Once upon a lifetime, loves endless need,
Taking time to talk and living what you read;
Once upon a lifetime I thought I had all,
Only to think while the earth made me feel small.

Once upon a lifetime everything began at once,
Taking every breath as gold in every ounce;
Living life in freedom and choosing season times,
To sit and write and link each every rhyme.

Once upon a lifetime began the break of day,
That all the life in wilderness chanced to see the way;
Of sunshine in its brightness and streaming down away,
And all they thought was loneliness and loneliness of day.

Once upon a lifetime the world will turn around,
With each and every people type standing firm their ground;
And with all the might of the universe at hand,
God granted peace and serenity to every single land.

Once upon a lifetime of individual pursuit and heart,
I lived my whole life wondering of death from the very start;
That only in eternity would I taste eternal life,
While in the solitude of singles I never knew a wife.
