Sunset And Moonlight

As the sun slowly sets in the western sky,
And the world turns around and the sun slowly dies;
The colours are magnificent as the light the night sky,
So you're left feeling in heaven and floating on high.

And when it's all done and the sun has moved round,
And the stars start a twinkling as the moonshines all around;
And the moonlight shines on the water in a white wash of light,
Just flickering and dancing like silver stream of light.

Sunsets and moonlight follow the course of Gods heavenly trail,
As the earth maintains rotation and boat on the ocean does sail;
And all the little fury woodland animals settle for the night,
Because the sun has gone down and the moonlight shines bright.

And when everything is dead and done in the stillness of the night,
God still shines down his beauty in more silver streams of light;
And the colours of the mountains reflect the rugged strength,
And the river flows through history so perfect in full length.

And the wildness of the weather humbles at Gods call,
And the wind and the trees listen in unity to all;
The world that changes daily fun day unto the night,
Has yet given another sunset and has shone another beautiful moonlight.

So the night and awesome creator who holds the key to eternal life,
Has recreated creation through all the toils and strife;
And in majestic recreation all his days and night,
The sunsets remember eternity and all the beaming moonlight.
